The Standard Website Design package includes up to 7 page designs. Common pages include Home, About, Services, Portfolio or Projects, Blog, Contact, and one additional page based on your business need. The final page structure can be adjusted depending on your business type.

Can I edit website content myself?

Yes. Your website is built on WordPress, so you can edit normal content such as text, images, pages, blog posts, contact details, and basic sections yourself. For advanced layout changes, custom functions, or technical fixes, professional support may be required.

How fast can you deliver the website?

Starter Setup can usually be completed within the same business day. Standard Website Design is usually completed within 7 days. Custom Website Design depends on the complexity of the custom design, features, and functions required.

What is the hosting renewal fee?

After the first year, hosting renewal is Rs. 3,000 per year for all packages.

What is the pricing for the maintenance support add-on?

Annual maintenance costs 20% of the website package price per year. It includes uptime monitoring, security checkups, updates, and backups.

Is the Rs. 5,000 Starter Setup a complete custom-designed website?

No. Starter Setup is mainly for website infrastructure. It includes hosting, WordPress installation, Divi Theme activated and selected template loaded, but it does not include custom page design, SEO setup, copywriting, or plugin configuration. It is best for users who are comfortable editing and building content themselves.

Can you create more than 7 pages?

Yes. The Standard Website Design package includes up to 7 page designs. Additional pages can be added at an extra cost depending on the page type and design requirement.

Is domain included in the package?

Domain registration cost is not included in Starter or Standard. We assist with domain selection and setup. Domain registration is included in Custom Website Design when confirmed in the approved quote.

What storage and RAM are included in hosting?

We provide hosting with Unmetered NVMe SSD storage with 2GB RAM, Unmetered bandwidth, Free SSL certificate.

What essential plugins are included in the website setup?

In the Standard and Custom packages, we set up essential WordPress plugins for security, SEO, speed optimization, backup, and inquiry forms.

What is the difference between hosting support and website maintenance?

Hosting support covers hosting-related issues such as server access, cPanel, webmail, SSL, and hosting availability. Website maintenance covers tasks such as content updates, plugin updates, design edits, backups, security checks, SEO improvements, and ongoing optimization.

What is the payment process?

Starter Setup and Standard Website Design require upfront payment. For Custom Website Design, 50% advance payment is required after the final quote is approved.

How many revisions are included?

The Standard Website Design package includes two revisions. Revisions should be within the agreed page design and project scope. Major new layouts, extra pages, or new features may require additional cost.

Do you provide copywriting?

Copywriting is not included in the Starter Setup package. Basic copywriting support is included in the Standard Website Design package. For Custom Website Design, copywriting can be included based on the project requirement and finalized quote.

Do you provide logo design or images?

Logo design and image sourcing are not included in these website packages. You can provide your own logo, business photos, product images, and brand materials. If you need branding, graphics, or image sourcing, those can be handled as separate services.

Can you add inquiry forms or WhatsApp buttons?

Yes. Inquiry forms and WhatsApp buttons will be added in contact us Page. However advanced lead tracking, CRM integration, or automation may require an additional quote.

Will my website rank on Google?

Standard and Custom packages include Basic SEO setup to create a strong foundation for Google visibility. However, ranking depends on competition, content quality, backlinks, local SEO, and ongoing optimization. Monthly SEO service is recommended if your main goal is ranking and lead generation.

Can I upgrade from Standard Website Design to Custom Website Design later?

Yes. You can start with Starter Setup, build the website yourself, and later upgrade to Standard Website Design or Custom Website Design as your business grows.

What information do you need to start?

We usually need your business name, logo if available, contact details, service details, preferred pages, domain details if available, brand colors if any, images, and reference websites you like.

Can I use my existing domain or hosting?

Yes. If you already have a domain or hosting, we can review it and use it if it is suitable. If the hosting is slow, limited, or not secure enough, we may recommend upgrading.

Can I move my website later?

Yes. Since the website is built on WordPress with hosting and cPanel access, it can be moved later if required.

Do I need to visit your office?

No. The complete process can be handled online through phone, email, WhatsApp, Google Drive, and online meetings.
